What is true love ?

It's a sacrifice, it's not just an act of kindness here or there it's a lifestyle of service!

Jesus love for us led him to the Cross he offered himself as a sacrifice. He did not have to do that but yet he loves us that much that he did. Ephesians 5 :2 say's

"Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God."

When I first read this verse I had to ask myself I'm I living a life filled with love? Honestly not always am I. Living a life filled of love is something you have to do daily and it starts by dying to yourself. Spending time with God and truly learning to love Him. God command say's to love Him above all and to love others. We truly cannot love others if we do not love him first.

What does it look?

• To love God more than anything

• love uncoditionally

• To die to yourself

Lord be in me all that I cannot be
