Today I am excited to introduce my friend Sarahi Boulos, to you! She has a heart for the Lord and reaching others through her fitness journey. I met Sarahi when we were in 7th grade and ever since we have been close friends! I know you will be blessed getting to know her! <3

Introduce yourself like we are having a cup of coffee : ) What kind of coffee/tea would you drink?

Good morning sister! I could use a Skinny vanilla latte right about now!! Or a passion tea with splenda really depends how early I woke up lol well I'm always in the mood for coffee & tea. <3

When did you start following Christ?

I started following Christ when I was 16 July 2011 Wow I'm not old but it seems like a long time from now :D

How do you encourage others through your fitness journey?

I started my fitness journey to encourage myself then to realize that I love helping people feel better about themselves then I realized that people have more issues that having low self esteem, my fiancé and I came up with the name Fitness inspired, because it's more than getting fit. We want to show Christ though everything, the best way we know how is working out! Helping people get strong in the gym & strong in their faith!

What are some verses you cling too?

MY FAVORITE verse ever that helped me get through life even now is Joshua 1:9 and it says this "This is my command-be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."

What life lessons are you learning through this season of your engagement?

Life lesson #1 put God first ALWAYS! Keeping God first is very important! It's very important for Noel and I to keep God first because God allowed us to be together bringing glory to him! I've learned to be more patient and let God handle what I cannot! I've also have learned I am not God so therefore I need to stand still!

What are some steps that you are taking now to prepare yourself to be a wife?

Steps I am taking now in preparation on being a wife is praying for my soon to be husband! Also meeting and hanging out with other married couples :) seeing that we will not be perfect and how to build up my spouse in a Goldy manner!

What is something God has set in your heart to share with others?

Always show love no matter how rude, mean, how bad someone persecutes you show love because you might be the only person that shows it to them!
